1 - Question:  Where is the product created and shipped from?

1 - Answer   :  Our product is handcrafted in Brazil, and shipped to the U.S. for distribution from our Warehouse in Texas.

2 - Question:  How long should it take for my products to arrive?

2 - Answer   :  We ship most items within 48 hours from our warehouse after receiving confirmation of payment.

3 - Question:  How is your waxing product 70% less painful?

3 - Answer:  Due to the composition of our product, we developed a formula that adheres to the hair and not the pores of your skin.  This allows easier removal with less pain.

4 - Question:  How long does waxing take?

4 - Answer:  Depending on the body part and the density of the hair growth, your waxing time will vary.

5 - Question:  How much of the wax should I apply per application?

5 - Answer:  You apply a layer of 3mm around the area that you would like to have the hair removed.

6 - Question:  If I have longer hair can I apply the wax directly?

6 - Answer:  We recommend that if you have longer hair that you need waxed, that you  trim the excessive hair down.  This will allow the wax to adhere to the roots more evenly for easier removal.

7 - Question:  Is this product safe for sensitive skin?

7 - Answer:  Yes, but as with any product you should consult your physician before using.

8 - Question:  What areas of the body can be waxed?

8 - Answer:  Waxing can be done on almost any part of the body. We recommend that you test a small area before applying a full area.  Some frequently waxed areas for women are legs, underarms, bikini line, eyebrows and face. For men: chest, leg, arms, and back.  The exceptions for waxing are the beards  and inside the ears.

9 - Question:  How is your product different from the other products on the market.

9 - Answer:  All of waxes are handcrafted in Brazil.  They contain all natural ingredients and are not filled with any chemicals.

10- Question:  You claim that your products provide aroma-therapy.  How so?

10- Answer:  All of our products use all-natural ingredients.  We designed our products with with relaxation and aroma-therapy in mind.
